Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind the quality of our jewelry with a 12 month warranty. 

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and transparent return process. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth experience.

Returns & Refunds

To initiate a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order:

• Call us at (305)-245-3483 or email returns@nauticaljewelry.net to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA Number).
• The RA Number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package. Returns without an RA Number will not be processed.
• All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging included.
• A copy of your sales receipt must accompany the return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom craftsmanship and specialized nature of certain pieces, the following items cannot be returned or canceled:

• Custom orders and items made to size
• White gold pieces
• Items purchased as part of special pricing promotions or sales events
• Items not in stock at the time of order

Restocking Fees & Refund Processing

• All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
